Activate/Block Card

You may activate or block your First Source One Check card on demand through Straight Talk, our automated telephone system.

Simply call 315.735.TALK (8255) or 1.800.381.TALK (8255) and the system will guide you through the following prompts:

To activate your new card: press 2
To report your card lost or stolen or to block it: press 3

You may also contact a Representative during business hours for assistance.

Your savings federally insured to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith
and credit of the United States Government.

Membership eligibility is required.

This system is restricted to authorized users for legitimate business purposes and is regularly audited.
Unauthorized use of this system is prohibited and may constitute a crime punishable by law.
