MemberONLINE Agreement


  1. MemberONLINE Services

Your first use of memberONLINE online banking confirms acceptance of terms and conditions in the related agreement and Electronic Funds Agreement and Disclosure. You acknowledge your receipt and understanding of these when you select the “I agree” button on the memberONLINE activation screen. To remain eligible for memberONLINE you must remain a member of First Source FCU in good standing.


  1. Transfers

You may transfer funds among your First Source FCU Share or Loan Accounts. You may transfer funds between different First Source FCU accounts. These transactions are subject to prior approval of the other account holder and require written authorization.


  1. Additional Services

From time to time, First Source FCU will announce additional services that are available through memberONLINE. Your use of these services will constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions presented at the time they are announced.


  1. Access Limitations

First Source FCU reserves the right to limit the amount of online access per month or per session.


  1. Operating Systems

MemberONLINE is an Internet-based product. From time to time, features may be implemented requiring software upgrades. First Source FCU does not guarantee the ability of memberONLINE to operate correctly on non-industry standard or early-released browsers. Requirements for connecting to memberONLINE will be displayed on the log in page.


  1. Charges

First Source FCU does not currently charge a fee for this service. We do, however, reserve the right to do so in the future and will provide 30 days advance notice to all users.


  1. Statements

All financial transactions generated by you through memberONLINE and any memberONLINE fees (if applicable) will appear on your statement.


  1. Our Liability

We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whether caused by the equipment, software and/or the memberONLINE service, nor shall we be responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages arising in any way out of the installation, use or maintenance of your equipment, software and/or memberONLINE, except where the law requires a different standard. We do not make any warranties concerning the equipment, the software or any part thereof, including, without limitations, any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or warranties of merchantability.


  1. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
