There are two basic steps to the service:
Step 1: Basic Consultation
The Car Buyer's Helpline will:
- Suggest cars to fit your budget
- Provide you with the dealer invoice and instruct you on how to best use it
- Inform you of rebates and dealer incentives
- Answer all of your car buying questions
Step 2: Negotiating The Purchase
The Car Buyer's Helpline will:
- Provide Basic Consultation
- Locate the vehicle of your choice
- Handle all of the bargaining with the dealer
- Negotiate the actual purchase

*Up-front fees of $75 for Basic Consultation and $125 for Negotiating the Purchase are required. Reimbursement will occur 30-60 days after the First Source FCU loan is disbursed. Minimum loan amount and term necessary for reimbursement is $10,000 for 12 months.
