A unique and easy-to-use service, Car Buyer's Helpline offers two levels of assistance to First Source FCU members in the car buying process.
Option 1: Basic Consultation
The Car Buyer's Helpline will:
- Suggest cars that fit your budget
- Provide you with the dealer invoice & instruct you on how to use it
- Inform you of known rebates and dealer incentives
- Evaluate if you've negotiated a good price
- Answer your car buying questions
Option 2: Negotiation & Purchase
The Car Buyer's Helpline will:
- Provide basic consultation
- Locate the vehicle of your choice
- Negotiate the actual purchase with the dealer
- Negotiate your trade-in
Here's the best part. This service is FREE if you finance your vehicle at First Source FCU within 60 days after calling Car Buyer's Helpline*.

*Upfront fees of $75 for Basic Consultation and $125 for Negotiation and Purchase are required. Reimbursement will occur 30-60 days after the loan is disbursed. Minimum loan amount and term necessary for reimbursement is $10,000 for 12 months. |
