in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing
date, which rate may vary from the rate VISA® itself receives,
or (II) the government –mandated rate in effect for the applicable
central processing date, in each instance plus 1%. Conversion to U.S.
dollars may occur on a date other than the transaction date: therefore,
the currency conversion rate may be different than the rate in effect
at the time of the transaction. You agree to pay both.
