Here's how you do it:
Have your account number and access code ready. If you don't already have an access code, ask a Representative to help you create one.
- Dial 735.TALK or 1.800.381.TALK (8255)
- Press 1 - Access your account
- Press 2 - Activate your One Check Card
- Press 3 - Report a lost/stolen card
To access your account, you will need to:
- Enter your account number followed by the pound sign (#)
- Enter your 4-digit access code followed by the pound sign (#)
- Press the desired menu option (listed below)
- Follow the additional options given
