Why did you sign up for the Challenge?
I signed up because good nutrition and health are very important to me. I want to set a good example for my daughter who is 5 years old so that she starts off life with healthy eating and exercise habits.
What do you plan to focus on in the next 8 weeks?
I ate a pretty healthy diet before the challenge. I am a vegetarian and eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains already, but I don’t make time to exercise as often as I’d like to. I am trying to do more at home but I am also entertaining the possibility of joining a gym or taking group exercise classes.
I’m not sure if you would see it as related to this challenge, but I have set a goal to floss at least once a day and follow with Listerine rinse. I have never had a strong flossing habit, and I have heard that it can impact heart health. I want to do it to prevent cavities, as a heart health preventative and to set a better example for my daughter.
What do you hope to accomplish?
I hope create a daily flossing habit and find a way to build cardio workouts into my exercise routine on a regular basis.
