Friday, March 20th: We’ve got you covered

If your finances are unexpectedly being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are here to help alleviate some of your concerns by implementing the following:

  • Emergency Relief Loan - A special loan to assist with unexpected loss of income and unforeseen expenses related to the pandemic 

  • First Source Loan Payment Relief - Payment deferral options for qualified loans, including real estate loans, and no adverse credit bureau reporting 

  • Skip Payments - Standard $25 fee is waived 

  • Credit Cards – Waiving minimum payments due 

  • Transaction Fees  - ATM, overdraft and late payment fees waived 

The bottom line is, we’ve got you covered. There’s enough going on in the world right now to be worried about. We’re trying to make sure your finances are not one of them.

Thursday, March 19th: Patience is Appreciated | Emergency Relief Loan Established

To better serve you, we extended our Drive Thru and Call Center hours. Due to unprecedented demand, we are experiencing longer than normal wait times. Thank you for bearing with us while our dedicated staff works to serve you safely through these channels. ATMs, phone banking, and online banking services are also available to help meet your needs. Rest assured we remain committed to serving your banking needs through this pandemic. With patience, understanding, and compassion for all we will get through this together.

Emergency Relief Loan

As a community, we are suddenly finding ourselves in uncharted territory. In light of these unique circumstances we will be implementing an Emergency Relief Loan. This loan program is specifically designed to provide assistance to our Members related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This loan can assist with regular or reoccurring monthly expenses. We also have solutions such as our loan skip payment program that may be of assistance. If you are struggling to pay your bills, we are here to help ease the burden. Call 315-735-8571 to talk to a representative today.

Other Delays

Please be aware that during these unprecedented circumstances, there may also be delays for services such as Mortgages. While we continue to work on the loan and paperwork requirements, social distancing or quarantines of individuals such as appraisers, title clerks, attorneys, and others may contribute to additional postponements.

Tuesday, March 17th: Branch Lobby Closings | Extended Drive Thru & Call Center Hours

In our ongoing efforts to ensure the health and safety of our Members and staff, we will be closing the branch lobbies for our New Hartford, North Utica, South Utica, and Rome locations at the close of business on Tuesday, March 17th. Our Herkimer branch lobby will remain closed as well. Please note that if you have an appointment scheduled in the near future, a representative will be reaching out to you to discuss options. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Member Care Call Center

We’re here to help. Our Member Care Call Center will also have extended hours to assist Members with their transaction needs and any other questions or concerns. Please call 315-735-8571 or 800-735-8571 during these extended operating hours.

North Utica Drive-Up ATM

North Utica Members are asked to use the drive-up ATM (surcharge-free and available 24/7) or visit the next nearest location for employee-assisted drive-thru service. 

Online & Mobile Banking

As always, our Online and Mobile banking is available to our Members anytime/anywhere from your computer, tablet or mobile device. Learn more about everything our online account services have to offer. 

Other Needs

If you have financial needs that may not be able to be serviced through drive thru or other remote means, please call our Member Care Center. One of our representatives will then coordinate directly with the appropriate branch Manager on how best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Friday, March 13th: Herkimer Lobby Closed

As the World Health Organization continues to monitor and provide updates regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19, we are taking all necessary precautions for the safety of our Employees and Members. Each year our staff proactively goes through pandemic training and is well prepared for situations such as this.

Employees are reminded to follow best practices set forth by the World Health Organization - demonstrate proper hygiene both in an out of the workplace, avoid mass gatherings and unnecessary travel and stay home or seek care if they present flu-like symptoms. Members are encouraged to do the same. Hand sanitizer has also been prominently placed throughout our offices and branches.

In light of recent developments in Herkimer County we will be taking additional precautions in our Herkimer branch by operating drive-thru service only at this time. If you were scheduled for a branch appointment at this location a representative will be reaching out to you to discuss alternate options.
