Provide high-quality Member service by selling all credit union products and services, and meeting the needs of Members for the products and services they have with us. Build long-term relationships with Members, meet all individually assigned goals, and assist in meeting the goals of the branch and the credit union as a whole.
Build long-term relationships with Members.
Sell/promote all credit union products and services by determining Member needs and cross-selling appropriate services.
Provide Members with superior service and information about products offered by the credit union; research and solve Member questions, service issues, problems, and complaints. Handle all problematic situations that may arise with Member accounts.
Receive and verify information on all types of loans. Make underwriting recommendations on all loans, approve loans within established lending authority, and disburse loans to Members.
Provide financial counseling to Members when necessary.
Achieve assigned individual and team sales goals.
High school or equivalent, plus 1-3 years’ work experience OR related business degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Strong computer aptitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays as needed.
