When you call into First Source you’ll notice we’ve recently introduced a new phone menu to better serve you. The menu now includes options that are designed to get you directly to the right information or the right specialist to fit your individual needs. We know the new menu may take a minute to get used to so we’ve designed this handy guide
Automated Phone Service
Our 24 hour Straight Talk secure automated phone service is always available.
Here you can:
- Obtain balance information
- Review account history
- Transfer funds
- Request a stop payment
- Change your access code
- Make credit card & loan payments
Have your account number and access code ready. If you don't already have an access code, a Representative can help you create one. Please refer to your statement, memberONLINE, memberMOBILE or contact a Representative to obtain your Share or Loan ID.
- Dial 735-TALK or 1-800-381-TALK (8255)
- Press 1 - Access your account
- Press 2 - Activate your One Check Card
- Press 3 - Report a lost/stolen card
To access your account, you will need to:
- Enter your account number followed by the pound sign (#)
- Enter your 4-digit access code followed by the pound sign (#)
- Press the desired menu option (listed below)
- Follow the additional options given
