Process Member transactions in an efficient and accurate manner. Build long-term relationships with Members, one transaction at a time, through Member Service Standards. Partner with our Financial Service Representatives to meet our Service Objective, “Putting you first by providing solutions to improve your financial life!”, as they assist in educating our Members about our products and services.
Process transactions, including all types of deposits, withdrawals, money orders, traveler’s checks, loan payments, mail transactions, and cash advances. Verify cash and endorsements, issue receipts, order checks, and place stop payments on checks for Members.
Provide Members with service and information about the services offered by the credit union; research and solve Member questions, problems, and complaints.
Assist the Member Service team in meeting the goals set in all categories assigned; recognize opportunities to deepen the relationship by educating Members about additional products and services offered by First Source.
Total Member transactions at the end of each day, and complete provingreport for departmental reporting; prepare and verify night drop deposit. Maintain cash drawer with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist with all operational duties and audits, and optionally shadow new Member Service Representatives as requested. Duties may include daily reconciliation of Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs), and Negotiables.
Maintain general working knowledge of products and services offered by the credit union, and answer Member questions in an informed, service-driven, and courteous manner.
Meet referral goals as assigned.
High school or equivalent, or prior related experience
