Official Valentine’s Comets Contest Rules and Regulations

First Source Federal Credit Union’s Valentine’s Date Contest will run until February 11th, 2022. No purchase necessary. Must be 21-years or older to enter. To enter, fill out the entry form above. The winner will be chosen at random. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winners will be notified on February 14th, 2022. Winners will be notified via the phone number or email address they provided when filling out the form. The winner is responsible for checking their email if we are unable to contact them by phone. Once notified, the winner is responsible for claiming the prize by the time of the game. The prize package will be held at Will Call at the Adirondack Bank Center Utica Memorial Auditorium. Valid ID must be shown to pick up the prize package. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. If the winner of the drawing cannot be contacted or knows they cannot use the prize and notifies the credit union as such, another entry will be drawn.

Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner agrees to allow First Source Federal Credit Union to use their name and likeness for the press coverage of the drawing and future promotions of contests or drawings at First Source FCU. Entire prize package is valued at $225. Federal, state and other tax liabilities arising from the drawing are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to release First Source FCU from any liabilities related to the winnings, including tax obligations. It is not the Credit Union’s intention that any portion of the prize package be used for alcohol purchases. If the winner elects to use any portion of the prize package for alcohol purchases, then winner understands and assumes all risks associated with alcohol consumption; and releases the Credit Union, its volunteers, employees and agents from all liability and claims which may arise from winner’s choice to use the prize.

Winner will receive a prize package of two first-row Comets home game tickets with access to the Horton Room and Irish Pub, a $100 gift card to 72 Tavern & Grill, one free parking space for the evening, and a $25 Comets Team Store gift certificate.

If conditions prevent a drawing (including but not limited to flood, fire, or other natural disaster that may prevent the branch office from operating on that day), the drawing will take place when branch services are resumed. First Source employees, their immediate family members, and Board Members of First Source are not eligible for this drawing. By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the rules, and agree to the conditions set forth in the rules.
