2024 First Source Home Show VISA Gift Card Giveaway Official Rules and Regulations

First Source Federal Credit Union’s 2024 Home Show Giveaway Contest will run from February 3, 2024 – April 6, 2024. To enter, Home Show attendees who receive a First Source certificate from a participating vendor and who close on a Home Improvement Loan, Home Equity Loan or Line of Credit, Mortgage Loan, or Credit Card by the end of the contest period, will automatically be entered to win a $100 VISA gift card. Certificate must be completed and turned into a First Source Representative to qualify.

The winner will be chosen at random. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be notified via the phone number or email address they provided when applying for the loan. The winner is responsible for checking their email if we are unable to contact them by phone. Once notified, the winner is responsible for claiming their prize within one week of notification. If the winner of the drawing cannot be contacted or does not pick up their prize with one week, another entry will be drawn. 

Upon acceptance of the prize, the winner agrees to allow First Source Federal Credit Union to use their name and likeness for the press coverage of the drawing and future promotions of contests or drawings at First Source FCU. Federal, state and other tax liabilities arising from the drawing are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to release First Source FCU from any liabilities related to the winnings, including tax obligations. 

If conditions prevent a drawing (including but not limited to flood, fire, or other natural disaster that may prevent the branch office from operating on that day), the drawing will take place when branch services are resumed. First Source employees, their immediate family members, and Board Members of First Source are not eligible for this drawing. By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the rules, and agree to the conditions set forth in the rules.
