Banzai Educational Money Management Programs

First Source has deep roots in education, initially founded as Utica Teachers Federal Credit Union in 1938. Community education in general, and especially money management education is very important to us. Funding financial literacy in the classroom is one way we give back.

Banzai Schools Program for Educators     

Banzai is an online curriculum with activity sheets available to download and print for elementary, middle, and high school students. Educators will have a teacher’s guide, can keep track of their student’s progress and grade them accordingly. The program is free to use as we sponsor it for you.

The course takes students through age-appropriate, real life financial scenarios where they “choose their destination” as they go. The online learning center offers additional resources and relationship builders for the students. We will also come to your classroom or meet with your students virtually to present on a variety of financial life skills. We can do a onetime presentation or ongoing program. Plus we’ll tailor the material to meet your student’s needs.
